Whilst we do recommend booking an appointment for bespoke work or wedding rings, we’re always happy to welcome walk-ins. Whether you’re browsing, seeking advice, or simply passing by, feel free to pop into the shop at any time during opening hours.
If the team are with other customers, we’ll make sure you’re looked after as soon as we can.
Virtual Appointments
If you’re unable to visit us in person, we’re happy to offer virtual appointments where possible. This allows you to chat with our team, view selected pieces, and discuss ideas or next steps from the comfort of your home.
Please note that some services — such as fittings, alterations, and vintage pieces — are best handled in store.
In-Store Appointments
Our jewellery is best experienced in person. Visiting us in store allows you to see the finer details, try pieces on, and discuss options such as sizing, alterations, bespoke design, or aftercare.

Parking is available nearby, and we’re easily accessible for customers across Holmfirth, Huddersfield, the Holme Valley, and West Yorkshire.
